'Home Improvement' + Awkward PSA = Amazing (VIDEO)

First Posted: 07/16/10 11:49 AM ET Updated: 05/25/11 06:05 PM ET

This is easily the most entertaining child safety video starring an actor from "Home Improvement" you'll see all day.

Finally, Mark Taylor - dorky son of alpha male Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor - gets his time to shine. No longer overshadowed by his significantly cooler older brothers and their mullets, Mark rises to the occasion in this amazingly awkward PSA for child safety. Found and cut together by Everything Is Terrible, forgive us when we say...everything is awesome about this.

If you were wondering, yes that was an appearance by the boom mic at 2:13, and yes, that was an appearance by Richie from "Family Matters" on the milk carton in the beginning. So many 90s child actors are in danger!

Best part is that the kid on the milk carton is little Richie from "Family Matters"

Is that Jonathon Taylor Thomas who played Kevin's older brother on the show? Looks like him.

The moral is, don't be rude to the janitor if you want to kidnap children from his playground. And don't trust milk cartons.

Where are Kevin's parents to tell him that creepy guys who hang out at playgrounds are not "Rad". I miss the 80's and even part of the 90's, but not enough to watch this post again. PLUS - There aren't enough REAL woods to run through so they had to green-screen the footage? Lame!
