Curb Your Enthusiasm's Cheryl Hines Sells Brentwood Home

Via Real Estalker: According to the Movato listing, Cheryl Hines' "Cape Cod" home "exemplifies true east coast living in the heart of Brentwood." The country-style home has six bedrooms (four in the main house, one "maid's quarters," and one detached guest house) and five-and-a-half baths, at a little over 4,900 square feet. Real Estalker shrewdly notes that compared to the price Hines and husband Paul Young paid in 2005, the asking price of $4.249 million is "a barely there 3% gain over five years." Maybe the couple is looking to move on to bigger and better things with as little hassle as possible.

Since 2004, Chery Hines has played Larry David's wife in the HBO comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm. The episodes are based on a plot outline by Larry David and the dialogue is improvised by the actors. This year, the Emmy-award winning show embarks on an eighth season. Cheryl Hines made her directorial debut in 2009 with Serious Moonlight.
