James Franco To Teach At Yale In January (WATCH)

According to Good Morning America, James Franco is "an artist working on multiple levels" -- one of which will soon include the classroom floor.

Franco appeared on ABC's morning show to talk about his upcoming projects, including his teaching gig at Yale this winter. Franco told ABC that he has a "very special class" in the works for Yale students. The actor/performer/artist/writer will also be working toward his Ph.D at the school.

The class will be on how to effectively portray a stoner in the film industry. The class will cover the early, anti-pot propoganda film Reefer Madness to Cheech and Chong to his own portrayal in Pineapple Express and every other role in between. (Brad Pitt's use of a honey bear as a bong will also be discussed in the portion of the class covering how to make paraphanalia out of anything.)

Maybe bongology, the art of removing seeds and stems. I don't know how much it costs to go to Yale, but I would be pissed if my kid wasted money on this class.

Ironically, our government is full of people who went to Yale and ivy league schools, yet they are clueless.

I would write a rant about how Franco is a spoiled talentless dilettante who is just trying to make himself feel better about his position of privelege by indulging in "social causes". But I can't. The guy is talented, cool, super sharp and well read and he's got a serious affect on women. Man I'm jealous.

I must brag here~

I wrote Jeff Buckley mother's and told her I felt James Franco would be perfect to play her son. I even sent her links to his picture, etc.

Now there are talks of him playing Jeff Buckley.
