Mel Gibson's Alleged Triple-Murder-Suicide Threat Revealed

Shocking new details of Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva's January 6 fight have emerged.

Oksana told authorities that Mel punched her twice in the head then choked her with his forearm against the throat as she fell to the bed with their baby daughter, Lucia, in her arms, Radar reports. He put his free hand over her mouth and continued to choke her. Her 12-year-old son, Sascha, was in the bedroom the whole time.

As Oksana struggled free, she says Mel pulled out a gun and threatened to kill her, Lucia, Sascha and himself. Somehow she managed to escape and ran out of the house barefoot with the kids.

Tuesday Radar also released more of Oksana's secretly recorded tapes in which she accuses Mel of hitting Lucia.

"You hit me, and you hit her while she was in my hands! Mel, you're losing your mind. You need medication," Oksana tells him on tape.

"You need a f*cking kick up the a** for being a b*tch, c*nt, gold digging whore! With a p*ssy son! And I want my child, and no one will believe you! So f*ck you!" Mel screams back.

The child was photographed with a bruise on her chin after the fight, according to a report.

Child services interviewed Sascha on Friday, but the tapes may not be admissible as evidence, according to TMZ.

In California it is legal to tape someone without their knowledge if the recording is related to a violent felony. However, Oksana sent Mel text messages saying she taped the conversations because he failed to financially support her, which Mel's camp will try to paint as a money grab.

In May Oksana signed, then backed out of, a $15M settlement with Mel that would have kept the tapes confidential, TMZ reports.

Oksana has no regard of what the long term psychologi­cal impacts this will have on her child. Reminiscen­t of of King Solomon [Bible], when the two women were fighting over a baby - each saying that the baby was theirs, and wise King Solomon said okay; we will cut the baby in two, and each of you can have half; then the real mother screamed "No! Don't hurt the baby she can have it", at that moment wise King Solomon knew who the real mother was; the one who could not stand to see her child hurt, so King Solomon gave the child to her. Oksana is ruining her newborns childs life with this diabolical hatred. Their is no way to protect the child from finding out all of this and what the hell kind of life is little Lucia going to have now? This so-called Mother telling her constant lies about her father. She had her opportunit­y to protect her child from this and even get rewarded for her extortion with a whopping 15 million, but she turned it down, out of greed for more. She is gambling - and I hope and pray her evil is exposed for all to see. Oksana was also ordered to say nothing to the press and yet all these details keep leaking out, If I was the Judge I would hold her in contempt, she shows such disrespect for the legal system and this entire thing is way out of control.

Why is the media so anxious to destroy Mel Gibson? When Beverly D'Angelo and Al Pacino were at it, they barely got a mention. I'm always looking behind the obvious and asking, why, why now? I think this is tragic for the children and a terrible example...­let Robyn have the child...I like and admire her, from what I know. Of course, Mel needs to stop thinking she's going to hell for being Anglican! What a sad mess and fodder for the gossip peddlars.

i don't know how much she deserves..­.and if this was a "he said, she said" case, I'd question the 15 mil. more. but i heard one of these tapes. (the one where mel's panting and threatenin­g to come to the house, and she tells him she'll call the police, or go to a friend's house.) at this point, i wouldn't bat an eyelash if they gave her half of what he's worth. i'm thinking she realized she could get more than 15 mil once those tapes were played. at the end of the day, it's his fault. he knows what he's worth financiall­y, and he knows what happens when rich people get divorced. he married her. he abused her. and he gave her the ammo to sue him for goo gobs of money. it was all his to lose, more than hers to gain, imo. if he was tired of her, he should have let her go in a peaceful manner.

You KNOW that if she didn't have these tapes, no one would believe that Saint Mel ever said those awful things. Heck, many people don't believe it even after hearing the words coming straight from the horses' mouth! Mel would have already been on The Leno Show laughing about these 'crazy tabloid stories' if she didn't have this proof recorded.

i know i would have never believed it. i'm sorry to say it-- but these allegation­s would have lived in the land of "he said, she said," if she hadn't been able to pony up the proof. i'm really happy for her that she took the steps to vindicate herself. i don't know if she's a good person or not, but she's a human being. she shouldn't have had to be afraid for her life.

My first thought in all these tapes was "good for her", she will need the proof to get what she deserves. But now that she claims he attacked her while holding her child, and the child was hurt, sorry, you don't with hold evidence from Child Services until it is convienien­t for you, think about the child. If he treatened to kill your children, you go to the police, you don't negosiate for $15M to keep the tapes burried. The children are the real victims.

As twisted as it is to say this, I have to admit that I've found Mel's spectacula­r, crescendoi­ng self-immol­ation extremely fascinatin­g to watch. From sexiest man alive to Oscars to $20 million paydays... and then on to leftist criticism over the bloodlusty Passion... and then wham! It all falls apart in Malibu! But this... I don't think we've seen anything like it since Britney Spears shaved her head! It really goes to show how powerful the internet really is - as far as I can see, Mel hasn't gone from a charming, witty movie star to an rabid rageoholic in the past few years - he's always been completely nuts! Has anyone else read his interview with playboy from 95? No surprises there: sexism, general bigotness, paranoia coupled with an understand­able yet still amusing sense of bravado. It couldn't have ended any other way, really. If the internet had been invented in 1980, though, I'm sure Mel and ol Tom wouldn't be the only PR victims. We just didn't find out how loony so many of our matinee idols were until the age of informatio­n spewed a little too much informatio­n our way.
