Found via Gawker, Mel Gibson's now-infamous Lavendar Hill Farm retreat in Malibu is for sale at $14.5 million. The newly remodeled home has nine bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, useful for a family the size of a Gibson brood. The spacious grounds include a life-size chess board, pool and (infamous) jacuzzi, and a full-size tennis court.
