Neil Patrick Harris Sees The Double Rainbow (PHOTO)

It seems like everybody's seeing the double rainbow these days. Hitler, cats, and now Neil Patrick Harris. And this time it's the real deal.

Accompanying the pic below, NPH tweeted last night:

Pic from even earlier in the drive: Oh my god! AAAH! It so bright, and so vivid! AAAAAH! (sob) It's so beautiful!

But while we're thrilled that NPH has been knocked down by the rainbow rays, it still leaves one question unanswered: What does it mean?????*
