Colorado Medical Marijuana: Housing And Finance Authority Labels MMJ A "Sin Business"

The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority has put medical marijuana dispensaries on its list of so-called "sin businesses," meaning the pot providers cannot lease space in more than 500 commercial properties CHFA is currently financing across the state.

The message from the cannabis community is muddled because "medical marijuana" is not clearly distinct from "recreational use."

Medical Marijuana businesspeople need to band together and sue for legal pharmaceutical status. This means they can't have midnight pot parties in the shop with their friends. They also need to treat their inventory like pharmacies do: origin and amount = amount dispensed. Until they get serious about dispensing medical marijuana, lawmakers will continue to beat them up with all kinds of stupid demands that have never been made on pharmacies or any other business.

cannabis has been studied over 20,000 times in modern history. What is it science has yet to discover? how well it works, I am living proof.

The world never had a problem with cannabis until 1937.

Colorado is still getting rid of "Blue" laws:
1. Bars used to close by midnight on Sunday and legal holidays
2. No liquor sales on Sunday (you had to drive to a bar and then drive home)

Still on the books are
1. No liquor sales in grocery stores
2. No auto sales on Sunday
