During Pete Carroll's recent book tour, the current Seahawks coach and former Trojans captain received a fair amount of criticism for the sanctions imposed on USC's football program.
Now Carroll is receiving some disparagement on his own Facebook page. On Friday, the coach asked his fans, "big discussion here about respect... what does respect mean to you?" The first response was far from friendly: "Not running out on your team before the ncaa drops the bomb on your former team."
Three people "liked" the witty reply, and several others commented their approval. Still, the majority of commenters expressed support for Carroll. Scroll down for a screengrab.
