Since 1993, the Rev. Bill Carmody has led prayer gatherings outside Planned Parenthood Westside on West Colorado Avenue.
Carmody and about 15 other abortion opponents pray and demonstrate on the sidewalk next to the clinic, which provides reproductive health care, contraceptives and abortions.
Carmody and the other protesters can, at times, be within a few yards of patients entering or leaving the clinic.
