Jillian Michaels' Nose Job: Plastic Surgery Was A 'Very Personal Decision' (PHOTO)

'The Biggest Loser' trainer Jillian Michaels has revealed she had a nose job when she was younger.

She has spoken about being an overweight youth, and has now opened up about her plastic surgery to Parade.

"In eighth grade, I weighed 175 pounds and my nose was the size of a softball. Once, I was sitting at lunch and got surrounded by a bunch of kids who let me have it about how ugly I was --- my unibrow, the size of my nose, the fat rolling over my jeans. It was pure hell. My mom had to pull me out and put me in another school.

"I had my nose done," she admits. "I felt much better about myself. Plastic surgery is a very personal decision."

Okay you guys really need to leave her alone on this one!! Who cares if she got a nose job! She is beautiful just the way she is!! If she was insecure about some thing like that then she ha the right to change it. I would do the same thing.

Is it just me, or was she much hotter and prettier BEFORE the diet and nose job?? She looks too plastic and too wiry and sooo UNsexy now. If only she liked herself then and wore a smile, she would have been WAY prettier and hotter than she is now.

WOW, why is everyone hating on her in this post? All she said was she felt better after getting her nose done. She's not saying everyone should get plastic surgery, just that it was the right decision for her.

I agree Evinsmom. Why the hate? The poor woman suffered through years of cruel insults. If it made her feel better about herself good for her. It can't be easy to be tormented at school.

I don't hate Jillian, and appreciate what she tries to do for people. I just think that she was prettier in her natural state. Of course, she was younger then, but give her a smile and a weight loss of maybe 30 pounds, and she would have been gorgeous THEN and now. She is just too skinny now and too plastic looking, but I don't hate her, it's just my opinion.

I'm always a little saddened when people decide to change the things about themselves that is part of their own racial identity. Michael Jackson was an extreme version of that, but many people seem to do it to run away from the often beautiful things that make up their own physical heritage. Everyone has the right to decide what they want to look like, of course, but my own personal opinion is that it hides a deeper insecurity.

I agree with what you said. Michael had vitaligo, but he was so beautiful in his natural state of his nose and face. I wish that he had seen that and didn't use so much of his money to hurt and ultimately destroy himself, because he was such a sweet person who never appreciated the beauty of his own good soul and natural state. I myself would not want to look plastic and perfect looking; it takes away the true charachter of your face. When I say that to people they say Yeah, thats easy for you to say- you have it naturally, your perfect looking. I laugh, because I have very spacy teeth that I could have changed but LOVE the uniqueness of the spaces and have ignored dentists who lusted to slap their braces on my teeth ( cosmetic reasons ONLY- I have a perfect bite.) One dentist went as far as to say I have an ugly smile, which made me laugh because people always tell me I have a beautiful smile. I rock it,. I am confident. Those two things are the REAL tools of beauty.

that thing is an improvement? her nose looked way better before. i always felt bad for her because of it. but figured she had done a lot for herself and should feel good no matter what her nose looked like. every other part looks normal, and then she just has this dragon fire nose that looks like its sucking her face into itself. plastic surgery is always a bad idea in my opinion. its one thing to be critical of yourself (as everyone is at some point in their lives) and another to surgically alter yourself to some delusion of what you should be.

She was gorgeous...now she has a horsey face, and a way too skinny body. I don't find it attractive, all she needed in the bfore pic was a smile and she would have been GORGEOUS!
