I love the D&G Madonna campaign, but their sweater slide looks too much like a Gap ad. As much as the Calvin Klein ad doesn't do much for the clothing, it's a striking image and probably the most memorable of the bunch (even if it's not in a good way). And is it just me, or does the Balenciaga model on slide three look oddly like Molly Shannon?

Am I the only one that is sick to death of the ads that are soo outrageous that you can not tell what the garments they are advertizing are? No more death poses--filth poses, distortion, and grabbled contortionists!

Unlike many here, I have to say some of these folks might hire a new agency. Calling these shots, any of them, new, is false. This is regurgitated material, and not even very memorable.

My favourites are the Miu Miu and Calvin Klein (the head shot not featured) campaigns the colour combination strikes the right balance between simplicity and elegance.

Valentino/Permira should fire Chiuri and Piccioli soon, their work is disappointing and the new direction is an insult to the house's DNA. Bring back Alessandra Permira.

I love the Burberry one. Very classy and sleek.


I also like the one with naked Julianne Moore because....well it's Julianne Moore and she's naked


The rest mostly resemble skeletons and zombies.

Too thin. Unrealistic clothing. I do not want to look like a crack addict. Many of these people look exactly that.
It is America-in-Recession. Stop selling this overinflated sense of ego and give us something real.
