PHOTOS: Who Was Best-Dressed At The Teen Choice Awards?

Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards brought starlets and heartthrobs to the red carpet...along with a bunch of interesting fashion decisions. While the ladies stuck mainly to tiny frocks, the men varied from jeans (David Beckham) to full suits (Josh Jackson) to what looks like getting dressed in the dark (Levi Johnston). For some reason Lea looks alot like Jennifer Love Hewitt in that picture.

Emma can really pull off the neon look with her pale skin and dark hair.

So i'm guessing that with beckham, kardashian, and johnston teen choice added overhyped sports players, narcissistic boobs and neanderthal categories to the awards?

Lea Michelle looks like a drag queen. She's so much prettier on the show with simpler clothes, makeup and hair.
Ashley Greene, what a beautiful girl, and great dress too!!
Hillary should really stop wearing those godawful unflattering Herve Leger dresses. Thats not even current season dress, and she's friends with Max Azria.
Megan Fox looks great, i love her hair. Leighton looks good too, love the dress, hate the shoes.
