i have never ever in my life had a problem sleeping.
my parents used to laugh, my roommates in college.
i am always ready to sleep.
i used to work for the airlines, i could stay up fpr .48 hours, if need be. and not blink an eye..
now, i keep the TV on all the time for my pets.
it is interesting. sometimes what is on TV gets interwoven w/ my dreams.
i am lucky .........to be such a good sleeper..

Interesting. The science of sleep goes to how our brains & nervous sytem process information while in a reduced operative state. Knowing about 'spindles' has left me better equipped to battle my sleep demons. A fan and dream machine soundtrack of thunderstorms has increased my sleep by about 2 hours a day, which I have to get during the day because I work at night. Will be following this research.
