Kate Gosselin, Kids & Camera Crew Vacation In North Carolina (EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS)

Kate Gosselin, her eight children, a camera crew and bodyguards are in North Carolina this week.

The working vacation, on Bald Head Island, was captured by a bystander in the photos below. This is the same beach Kate and the kids went to and filmed from in May 2009, shortly after Jon and Kate's split.

Kate's new show, 'Kate Plus 8,' replaced 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' after the couple's divorce. Its ratings have not been as good as the married Gosselin show.

The not-great photos are from this week and show some of the kids, Kate, the camera operator, the boom guy and a bodyguard.

I think the counrty, if not the world would be a much better place if all these opprotunist like Kate, Palin, Levi Johnson, heck...fill in the blanks, where all sent to a small town in the mid west. They would all live and work there and have NO access to media of any type. No TV, no print, no FB or tweats. As for the rest of us, we might refocus some energy on working on the problems of today and find more substancial things to divert ourselves.

The woman threatened to throw away her son's favorite lovey stuffed animal because he got gum on it. And then proceeded to call the aunt who provided said gum (and watched the kids for her for several hours) to berate her. The baby was hysterical and her fate as a horrible, horrible, horrible bit...woman was sealed in my book.

If there is no audience, the show(s) will be canceled. I saw it several times, and it was over for me when I saw the level of conflict between the two adults, and how the kids were treated.

TV will cater to whatever audence is watching.

WHY? Sweet Jesus, WHY do we have to hear about this woman again?

Once again, she is 'doing whatever it takes to care for her children'....you know, going on vacation with her body guard, agent, stylist, nannies, camera crew, director, producer...let's see...am I forgetting anyone? Oh...those 8 short people that follow her around and steal her thunder.

people shouldnt be rewarded with media attention for exploiting there children...vacations are supposed to be private getaways to enjoy time with family and/or friends and not having a camera crew recording your every movve...kate, the duggars, and octomom are all pathetic people who need to have there precious TV shows cancelled

If it really is "all about my children" then why does the hateful Kateful get 85% of the cash, with the kids only getting 15%, or, 1.8 percent per child.

exactly, the kids should get more so they can chip in and pay the mortgage, food, utility bills and put some cash in the piggy bank for 8 college tuition bills. right. someone will manage their money, one way or another and there are laws, presumably, Kate is following them.

Huh. When I was six, my parents were not demanding that I support them. I fact, when I was 6, my parents did not ask me to chip in on the mortgage.

That's a new concept - don't dare be born unless you are willling from day one to pay for your parents.
