Ted Stevens Plane Crash Survivors Speak To Authorities (VIDEO)

WATCH: Ted Stevens Crash Survivors Speak

National Transportation Safety Board officials have interviewed two of the four survivors of last week's Alaska plane crash that killed five people, including Senator Ted Stevens.

One survivor said "he didn't notice any change in flight or hear any unusual sounds from the plane in the moments before the crash, and that 'they were flying along and they just stopped flying'."

13-year-old Willie Phillips, Jr., pictured, was one of the survivors and has been released from the hospital. He lost his father Bill.

Questions remain about why the distress signal on the plane failed to activate and if the questionable weather was to blame.
