Molly Sims: 'Heidi Montag Is A Really Sick Girl'

Model Molly Sims recently mouthed off to Health magazine and she had some harsh words for both Heidi Montag of "The Hills" fame and Britney Spears, Page Six reports. We'll begin with Britney, since Molly kept it simple, saying the former pop star and Candies face is "so pretty--she just needs help with dressing. She gets too many trends going at once."

But Sims dished out some real talk for Montag, who once had ten plastic surgery procedures performed in one day. Sims remarked, "I think Heidi Montag is a really sick girl, something is off. You don't get F-size boobs. And I'm not judging her. I feel sorry for her."

Remember after the surgery, Heidi said the F size wasn't quite as big as she had hoped and she wanted to go bigger. Besides how that has all turned out, Heidi looks so much older now.

Sims has a point -- Montag must have a horribly distorted view of herself if she thinks she needs multiple plastic surgeries. Montag was pretty before any surgery.
