Nancy Pelosi Voted Most Stylish Female Politician (PHOTOS, POLL)

Two weeks ago, the Huffington Post and apparel company Weatherproof® asked readers who they considered the most stylish female politician. The poll received 17,455 votes, and Armani-loving House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was declared the winner.

In the men's category, which received a comparatively paltry 5,847 votes, President Obama was voted most stylish.

Here are the results, starting with most to least stylish, based on the candidates we presented. Do you agree with the ranking? Who did we leave out?

What I like the most is that she proves that suits (even those w/pants) don't have to look masculine on powerful women. There is a feminine flair to everything she wears, be it a scarf, a ruffled jacket, bold jewelry, high-heeled boots or just the color (violet, white). Always classic and age-appropriate, but never boring. Rock on, Madame Speaker!

Speaker Pelosi has a very soft, elegant style which compliments her assertiveness as House Speaker. Her style is lovely and suits her so well.

But even better is Congress member Rosa Delauro's purple and multi-colored pantsuit in the background of picture number 4. Now there's a woman showing some truly risky, individual style. Her style is very cool, it says "I'm not afraid to stand up and stand out." Right on!

This proves that the liberal kool-aid crowd can't make an objective decision that is not party based. Anyone who sincerely thinks that old hagg Pelosi is more stylish than Bono or Bachman is just plain blind.
