Billionaire Alki David Offers $1 Million Cash To Flash Obama

British billionaire Alki David has offered $1,000,000 to the first person to flash President Obama on camera.

The offer is a bizarre attempt to promote David's video sharing website, Battlecam.com. To be eligible to receive the cash reward, the prank must be broadcast live on the site, and the streaker must have BATTLECAM painted on his or her chest.

"I don't like to get involved in politics," David apparently said. "But Obama has brought a lot of hope to America's dignity around the world as well as within the US."

David, who is 42, and was born in Nigeria, is the heir to a massive bottle-plant fortune. He's been producer and actor in a number of movies, including The Freediver (2004) and The Bank Job (2008). David's video sharing website, Battlecam, for which the Obama prank was designed, clocks over 20,000 hits a day, according to Telegraph.

David splits his time between three multi-million dollar homes in Central London, a mansion in Greece, and a ski-lodge in Switzerland.

"I must stress, I really think Obama is doing a good job," David said, "although his popularity is waning here in America."

The White House has yet to comment.
