Bethenny Frankel Dons Bikini Post-Baby, Says 'Eat Nothing' (PHOTO)

Bethenny Frankel is a skinny girl again just three months after giving birth to her daughter Brynn, and she strips down to a bikini and reveals her diet mantra in this week's Life & Style.

Bethenny gave birth a month early, so she never put on the final pregnancy pounds.

Life & Style's press release follows:

Life & Style has exclusively obtained the first photos of Bethenny Frankel in a teeny turquoise two-piece-- the newlywed's first time in a bikini since giving birth to daughter Bryn on May 8th! Bethenny looked amazing," an onlooker, who spotted Bethenny (pictured above) on August 11th in Montauk, N.Y., tells Life & Style. "She looked like she'd lost all the baby weight, and she was toned too. Even her tush was remarkable."

How has the best-selling author of Naturally Thin and Skinnygirl Dish bounced back so soon? "There's been no real drastic any­thing," Bethenny, who weighs a healthy 118 lbs, tells Life & Style. "I've really been eating, just not like a crazy person." The 5-foot-6 natu­ral-food chef has a new mantra, "Taste everything, eat nothing."

Lately, she's been combining out­door activities with routines from her yoga DVD, Body by Bethenny. "Some­times it'll take me the whole day to get through it," the busy mom tells Life & Style. "I do what I can when I can a cou­ple of times a week."

I personally think she looks great as a new mother. She is also being sincere, while the great majority of celebrities do not really talk about it or lie about their eating habits, but the reality is, they do not eat much to maintain their figure. They are basically obligated sometimes under contract to maintain a certain look because they make so many public appearances. I believe that sometimes premature babies can develop as well as the full term babies, but she didn't put on much weight and as a result got stretch marks, and if the baby is healthy, with no developmental issues and has a normal birth weight, then we need to re-think the myth of "eating for two". Sometimes doctors do not approve of a greater weight gain than 25 pounds.
I believe that insurance companies should start paying for weight loss programs so the rate of obesity in this country could go down because it's becoming a big issue nowadays.

Weight loss programs have a huge failure rate. It would be a waste of money. The real change needs to come from prevention with agriculture reform and education so we can make sure people know how to eat healthy and can afford to do so.

Ok..for those hating on Bethenny - I just looked it up, she's 40! For being forty, having a baby, and looking that good in a two-piece (better than many 20-somethings could), I'd say she deserves some major props! I'd hit raw dog, dog!!

Good for her for having a great body after childbirth @ 40. But that face...eewww. Her jowls look like they're hiding nuts. Even if she had a better face, her personality is nature's way of saying "do not touch".
