Samantha Cameron, wife of British prime minister David Cameron, is expecting a baby next month, and while many a woman would quake at having to put together suitable ensembles for political-spouse duty well into her third trimester, Cameron has embraced the challenge. Mixing classic pieces like peep toes, ballet flats, cinched waist dresses and swing jackets with gold hoop earrings and skull-decorated sweaters, Cameron's maternity style has proved that she's one hot mama. I think this woman is very lovely and glowing. Did not like the black and white she wore with Bruni but love the red tunic over the black skirt. I think she'll make a first PM's wife and looks great in jeans and casual clothes though I don't remember any formal dresses from the past.

Thank you finally a pregnant woman with grace. The clothing pregnant woman wear today is just so offensive. We see the belly there is no need to wear the tightest, shortest t-shirt you can find, with your navels poking through, and with the pants stuck under your belly. She looks great and still stylish. This may not be the exact style for everyone but its refreshing to see a pregnant woman with some class.

faith, fanned and faved. You are so correct. I too am tired of seeing bare pregnant bellies. This lovely woman has lots of class though this is not always true with the privileged background she comes from. With all the sadness she's endured with such grace and wit, she deserves to be happy. I hope she has a healthy baby and remains as glowing as she is today.

No disrespect meant at all, but where are you that your aren't seeing them? With just a stroll through a mall you get an eye full. Skip the mall all together just turn on the tv, it's as if every celebrity now thinks its cute to show as much of their belly bump as possible.

Question when did they start making baby doll shirts for non-pregnant people and fitted tees and shirts for pregnant people. Seems backwards to me, just sayin

I reserve my judgment till after the baby is born. Right now, she should be as comfortable as possible and think of the welfare of the baby. Fashion is just fluff.

Fashion is not just fluff!! The way one dresses indicates a lot about what kind of attitude you have - in this case, about being a highly visible and busy pregnant woman, wife and mother. It needn't take money to look good - just class. She's got it.

I agree that fashion is important - for formal occasions, in matters of protocol; and whether you take care of yourself and put forth your best effort says a lot about the person. I further agree that a person with class and "it" need not spend loads of money to look good - you either have it or your don't. BUT, my point is that compared to the health of her baby, what she's wearing right now comes in LAST. If she can do both - more power to her.
