Safest Driving Cities In America: Allstate Finds Fort Collins, Colo. Least Accident-Prone

Allstate has determined that Fort Collins, Colorado is the safest driving city in America based on the frequency of auto collisions according to the company's claims data.

Allstate determined that drivers in Fort Collins likely to get in accidents once every 14.5 years, making the city's accident likelihood roughly 31% lower than the national average.

Washington D.C. and Baltimore were determined to be the most accident-prone out of the 193 cities studied.

In general, the Rocky Mountains and Appalachia were found to have the nation's safest drivers.
