Listen closely next Thursday evening, and you may hear the sound of thousands of beers being popped open simultaneously all across Colorado.

The occasion is the first ever Virtual Colorado Beer Tasting, an online event designed to promote appreciation of Colorado beers and to encourage people to think a bit more critically about their brews.

To participate, all you'll need is a Colorado-brewed beer and a computer.
