Some 2.5 million Southern Californians will travel over Labor Day weekend, according to estimates from the Automobile Club of Southern California.
More than 90% of them will be driving to their destinations, the AAA said.
With that in mind, many police agencies will be running DUI checkpoints over the holiday weekend.
