Russia's First Lady Svetlana Medvedeva traveled with her husband to Azerbaijan on Friday where she met her counterpart Mehriban Aliyeva...and her serious shoes, of course. Svetlana and Mehriban were dressed as differently as black and white, quite literally, with Mehriban donning a black sheath dress and her signature platform stilettos, and Svetlana opting for a white skirt suit, pearls and pumps.
