Sheyla Hershey Has World's Biggest Breasts Removed (VIDEO)

Sheyla Hershey had the world's biggest breasts, measuring 38M, until doctors were forced to remove her four implants -- and much of her natural tissue -- in order to save her life. After her most recent implant surgery in June in Brazil, Sheyla developed staph and strep infections, making her seriously ill. She told Houston's Fox News, "Even though I know I love to have huge breasts...I don't know why, I'm just addicted to it, I'm going to try to live without it." She's expected to make a full recovery and can undergo reconstructive surgery in three to four months.

No one should have surgery for frivolous reasons. I know someone who was overwhelmed by staph infection in one day after undergoing a cosmetic procedure from one of the top plastic surgeons in the world. Staph and other bacteria are rampant in clinical settings and they are extremely hard to stop. Once you're infected, if the most powerful antibiotics don't slow it down (and they sometimes don't), you're dead. Is your life worth the desire to be perfect?

It was a stupid decision for her to get four implants to begin with IMO. It is bad enough when women get two. Not a wise decision in the health department, mind you, but each to her own, I suppose.

I remember seeing this back when she was having them put in. I did not see why she would want to do that.
I know women that had huge breasts naturally that had them redused because of the back pain and sholder pain caused from carring them around.

She'll never regret it. I'd give anything for breast reduction surgery. I've had back problems my entire life.

Do health insurance companies consider those costs? Constant medical attention for chronic back pain? No. they'd rather you lived with that than have the reduction surgery.

Why should an insurance company pay for this woman's surgery to take out implants that she had put in? She pushed her luck a little too far with the last surgery. In your case, I do understand your point if it's a natural affliction.

From the fact the Trittydi's says "all her life" you can be sure that her breasts are natural. She was complaining that *she*could not get insurance to cover breast reduction surgery that would relieve her own chronic back pain.

All of that makeup and false lashes, etc. It is quite possible she infected herself from all the makeup falling while the surgery was taking place! What doctor allows women 2 B all 'dolled up' when having operations? The entire process and those performing them remain questionable.

I am sorry that this woman has this painful addiction and now that her physical health is repaired I sincerely hope she gets some self image help. She would be a cutie with out disproportional sizing.
