Move Over, Tamale Guy: The Burger Guy Has Arrived

It's a Friday shortly before 11pm when Perry Day saunters into Happy Village and unzips the black nylon cooler slung around his shoulder. The smell of grilled beef, melted American cheese and pickles cuts into the bar's boozy air. There's no mistaking it: "The Burger Guy" has arrived.
