Michelle Obama Goes Movie Star Glam At Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's 33rd Annual Awards Gala (PHOTOS)

The First Couple attended the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's 33rd Annual Awards Gala on Wednesday night and Michelle Obama looked like a movie star in a shiny bronze dress by Moschino, statement earrings and strappy heels. The President didn't look too bad himself in a tux and bow tie. The pair even did PDA, smooching on stage. Check out some photos from the event and tell us what you think.

They are the President and the First lady of US, and deserve respect. Then again it is a reflection of the politics in the country a great divide. The odd part is you cannot get more Christian than seeing two people who love one another and have a lovely family. I want to know where all this anger was when Bush was running the country down the drain.

Mr. & Mrs. Obama, thank you for not quitting (like so many others) given how hard your jobs are & how ungrateful & hateful some Americans can be. They are both gorgeous and I admire their devotion and love for each other. I believe one day those who are not supportive of President Obama will one day be very sad they weren't supportive.This was America's time to shine, to hope, to change things.. but even a President cannot change the hardened hearts and hate of a country who seem so ready to choose discontent
rather than work with a intelligent, caring leader.. This is a sad truth. Hate NEVER brings wanted changes.. never. Hate never overcomes.. anything..it only breeds more hate.

Sadly they exist, especially on a thread with photographs as beautiful as this series. They can write whatever they please about this extraordinary First Couple. Images tell the truth and have the power to counteract the unnecessary venom and lies people feel inclined to post because of their politics, prejudice and jealously.

Most people over 45 years old in America have been indoctrinated to see African Americans in a negative light, and that (included African Americans themselves) no matter what the circumstances , and they are not aware of it . It is deep within their subconscious minds. The various nuances of the American society created , drove and sustained this belief system for over 200 years
The younger generation is slowly breaking the back of this embedded American subconscious belief system.
However it is a hard road to travel, the older educated Europeans will admire President Obama and subconsciously dislike him.
I am sure this was also true of his Grand mother
