Lindsay Lohan is all smiles as she attends an AA meeting in West Hollywood on Saturday (September 18).

Last week, the 22-year-old troubled actress failed two court-ordered drug and alcohol tests.

She was allowed out of her court ordered rehab after a very short time, in spite of the court order because supposedly she was not an addict. Now she has failed two drug tests....so just who authorized this obvious addict's release from rehab so early?

For booze too! It's not like weed or coke which is in your system for days or even weeks! She had to have been drinking within 24 hours of the test

The article says she went to prison...she went to jail for two weeks not to prison there is a difference

She needs to dtb that girl freind of hers. You cant hang out in a night club waiting for your significant other to get off if you have a drinking/drug problem. It just does not work

How many drug tests does she have to fail and parole officer meetings does she have to blow off before she actually gets punished? No wonder she doesn't take these threats seriously.

My god, why are we letting her get away with this? If this was any average joe they'd be in jail. Does she have to run over a child with her car before we do something about her repeated offenses?

She was in jail. And now she's going to meetings. Pretty standard in fact.

Whether she 'gets it'? Only time will tell.

Not really. Her jail sentence lasted all of two weeks, and she cut short her rehab stint. Now that she's failing repeated drug tests, she should be back in jail to serve the full sentence she weaseled out of.

Like I said yesterday, the paparazzi are camping out outside AA meeting places. Great respect for our program? I think NOT! Oh well...
