Hillary Clinton Wears Hair Clip To The UN: 'Do Or Don't? (PHOTOS, POLL)

First Posted: 09/20/2010 8:43 am   Updated: 05/25/2011 5:45 pm

Hillary Clinton worked a new 'do on Sunday at the United Nations, using a jaw clip to keep her locks off of her face. The Secretary of State is no stranger to hair accessories, breaking out an occasional headband here and there, but what do you think of her latest coif? Take a look and let us know.

Quick Poll

Is Hillary's hair clip too casual for the UN?

YES!

No.

Who cares what she wears!

God knows, I love Hillary but this is the second time she's pulled out the hair clip and it doesn't suit her at all(or anyone). And I'm not digging the electric blue pants suit. She is an attractive woman but, you can tell, she doesn't want the hassle. How well all women know - your hair can be your mortal enemy. A good stylist could make the most of her pretty eyes and great skin! I'd love to see her maximize her looks - especially if she could use those looks to fight evil dictators! Not in Norway, of course. I mean evil dictators in a general sense.

I'd be far more concerned about a Secretary of State who spent too much time grooming her/his hair rather than important matters of state.

This is a cheap attempt at a face lift. Is it just me or are all liberal and Dem women some of the ugliest things to walk this planet?

Put the chalupa down, Hilary, and no one gets hurt.

Hillary. It is okay to take time for yourself. Hire an aide that knows how to use a curling iron. Takes fifteen minutes and you can read while it is being done.

Time to go back to the old reliable headband. She looked good in shoulder length hair with a head band. It was flattering and an easy breezy hair style. Go for it Hillary.

If you need a clip, you need a haircut. Looks wrong and unfinished.

Hilary has many fine qaulities but a sense of fashion is not one of them. She did look good when she ran for Pres a while ago, probably due to a good stylist. Now she's not running for anything and she probably doesn't care much. I do like that electric blue on her; blue has always been a good color on her. But the hair is really terrible! She should ask Nancy Pelosi for help in the fashion department.

I guess she was hot and bothered with hair in her face, working so hard hasn't had time to get her her cut. I don't know, I'm sort of surprised by the look. It reminds me of her old Tammy Wynette stand by your man comment made during the first Bill campaign.

Do we nitpick male political figures ties, their suits, hair cuts? Ok well we did criticize Biden for going sockless .... but that more the exception than the rule. We've got to get sexism out of the media. Check out a great new organization trying to do just that. http://www.nameitchangeit.org/

Um they shouldn't sell those "clips" anymore let alone anyone actually wear them...but hey she is the Secretary of State...she has the right to a bad hair (Clip) day.
