Michelle Obama Pairs Green Dress With Pink Pumps On Tuesday (PHOTOS, POLL)

Michelle Obama made wearing green look easy on Tuesday, donning a printed dress by Barbara Tfank combining several hues to an award ceremony for Chief Master Sergeant Richard L. Pink Pearls would have been nice. Never do too much of the same color but shoes is a little different because they are on your feet, far away from your dress, therefore pink pearls would have set it off. Other than that I would have done those colors together. She still look nice and for all we know her dress may have had a little bit of pink that was not bright enough to see on camera.

I disagree, pink pearls would have taken the outfit to the depths of matchy matchy. She did this outfit perfectly. The fact that these shoes are 'away from her dress' gives us a nice surprise at the bottom, when you'd expect a shoe matching the color of the dress you have Pink as a neutral here to add character.

Well I don't like to label things in simply black and white. She looked nice, I'd say the same if she were a different color. Her skin does make clothes stand out that's just the nature of it but for me that's where it ends.

Micelle Obama is very hippy. She usually wears high wasted clothes - for unknown reasons. She appears to be gaining weight - not unusual for someone under as much pressure as she is, and who talks about food all the times. Her outfits are based on her own personal style.

I respect this family so much! Michelle has the grace and intelligence to be one of the most revered and honored First Ladies ever! Thank you Michelle. Now Just remember Glenn Beck will have to say something about the floral and the pink shoes, just like he mocked your wonderful black and white top when you were on the Gulf Coast.

No, pink and green do not match, but they are not meant to match, they are meant to complement each other. Each intensifies the other when worn together and make the most striking contrast. Guess some of you don't remember that good ole color wheel, hmmm? LOL A good look, Michelle!
