Wow. Why cant other billionaires be like this? It's hard to believe that Mark Zuckerberg is only 26 years old, and has amassed a 6 billion fortune. Im glad that he's spending the money to help society..Social Networking has its influence in a myriad of different industries. It helps people connect and also has the potential to benefit science and education, as outlined by http://mavensofscience.com/facebook.php

i love this guy. and i'm an older person (60) who loves facebook for being able to keep up with friends and family who are not nearby. I don't care for the games and just block them. i don't put any personal items on my page that i wouldn't care if anybody knew. I'm proud of his kindness and i look forward to seeing all of the wonderful things he does in his lifetime.

We have to realize...Mark is the ULTIMATE game-changer, he has radically altered the face of the Internet as far as leveling the playing field is concerned, and the establishment is quaking in their boots--that's what all this bad press is all about.

Putting pressure on this young man to put the power back in the hands of Gigantic, (faceless) Corporate Interests. Mark is sitting on a goldmine of user data and information--and they're all dying to get their hands on it--in some form or another.

This is just the first volley in a campaign of calculated, targeted, media stoning.

Maybe he made the best of an old idea floating around. Isn't that the game?
