Nicole Richie's Ball Gown At LACMA Gala: Elegant Or Eeeek? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Nicole Richie stopped by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Saturday night for the Lynda and Stewart Resnick Exhibition Pavilion Opening Gala and the actress was dressed to the nines in a tiered ball gown with black strap and bow detailing. How does she do it? Nicole can wear blue eye shadow and a big, wavy crinoline dress and look fabulous. She sure has gotten herself together!

About the dress: beautiful without that bow on the shoulder.
About fitting her: she is a petite woman, so this style is not right for her.

That's what it reminded me of too. I just think the dress is too much for her....she is very petite and it over powers her.....and call me old fashioned...but what's with the hair?
