Love Taylor Swift in the short cocktail dresses. She looks her age, for the most part, and fashion forward. In gowns she looks either like she is going to prom or playing dress up. Although the gold gown is pitch perfect. Is that the same Oscar de la Renta gown that Cameron D. wore to the Oscars?

She's a beautiful and talented woman who looks best in simply classic elegant clothes. The glitter and glitz just distracts from her own beauty. As a beautiful woman told me once - you should always remember the woman, not her dress. She was right. Beautiful women know them. Desperate stylists and designers trying to make a buck off of their celebrity doll they up in cheap looking trashy trends which only detract from the main object. Go back to simplicity, Taylor! Follow your own instincts and develop your own style.

I think it should be a rule here that when taking swipes at a young performer who has caused no offence other than to sing songs a commenter may not like, then that commenter must also list the contributions he or she has made to the evolution of the species prior to bagging the young performer.
