Lindsay Lohan spent Sunday evening visiting children and families at the Dream Center, a homeless shelter and outreach center in LA, E! News reports. She wore tall boots to cover her new SCRAM ankle bracelet.
"What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA... had a nice time there today, it's so important to give back. I feel blessed," she tweeted. "All accept the paparazzi hitting one of the ministry guys. They need to be stopped. I think this is a job for The Terminator..."

Lindsay was sprung from jail on $300,000 bail Friday night and will enter rehab this week, TMZ reports.
