Dog Nurses Tiger Cubs Abandoned By Mother (VIDEO)

WATCH: Dog Nurses Abandoned Tiger Cubs

This video from MSNBC not only takes a glimpse at some extremely rare tiger cubs, but an unlikely surrogate taking care of them, as well.

The cubs were born in China, and when rejected by their mother, the wildlife preserve brought in a dog to help nurse their hungry baby appetites. The quadruplets include one white tiger and three snow tigers, which are a white-haired, blue-eyed variation of the white tiger, and are even more rare than regular white tigers. MSNBC reports that only around 200 snow tigers are estimated to remain in the world.

Additionally, the quadruplets themselves are somewhat of an anomaly, as tiger litters usually only consist of one or two cubs.
