Sarah Palin Booed On 'Dancing With The Stars?' (VIDEO)

Sarah Palin was in the audience to support daughter Bristol Monday night, (watch Bristol's performance here) and just before host Tom Bergeron interviewed Sarah, the audience was filled with boos. But watch the video below, were the boos in response to contestant Jennifer Grey's scores or to Palin? You decide. The video is underneath the AP article on the evening, which does not mention any boos.

LOS ANGELES -- Sarah Palin may be outspoken, but she kept her opinions to herself on "Dancing With the Stars."

The former vice-presidential candidate was in the ABC ballroom Monday to cheer on her daughter, whom she called "Bristol the pistol."

Palin had only good things to say about her daughter's competitors and the show's three judges when interviewed briefly by show host Tom Bergeron.

Palin praised the "courage, joy and exuberance" of the dancers and kept mum about the judges, saying, "It's like a hockey game. You're not going to chew out the refs before your team is up."

Bristol Palin was the night's final performer, collecting 22 points out of 30 for her quickstep with professional partner Mark Ballas.

So what's it like to have mom in the audience?

"It's awesome," the 19-year-old said.

Palin wasn't being booed. Here's the interview with the host of DWTS. Do your research instead of acting on impulse and emotions just because you don't like the woman. Maybe that's asking too much of some of you. {Rolling eyes.}

I was hoping Pristals govenor want a be baby daddy would have been there! It would have been one more degree of funny at the dance off. Saw an interview with him being asked why he wants to be gov in Alaska, he said I dunt know! and what does a Gov. do? not to shur? Hehe

I really do think she is sweet, she has some huge shoes to follow. It must be tough to have a mom who is so hated by some and loved by others.

It is sad when u have to hide the trueth of the fact that Palin was not welcome there! The Score had already been given an put down before the Booing started. When your going to Boo a score u do so as soon as the first one comes up as low as 8 to the second one that is 8 an continue through a third one. Sorry folks but the Boo was for Palin, an as u try a awful lot to surger coat it u can't. Now Bristol did a decent job for a 19 year old with not experience, an I enjoyed it, but come on tell the trueth at least. I am sure the young lady was embarrassed abut the booing, an I feel bad for her an the kids.

It doesn't look like the booing was for Jennifer & partner's performance. People in the backround are looking to their right at something, presumably at those doing the booing or at the target of the booing. But without knowing the layout of the auditorium, and Palin's position relative to the camera, it would be difficult for me to conclude that the booing was directed at Palin. But, I admit that I would find it personally satisfying if Palin were booed off the continent.

According to the AP Bristol visit to an Alaskan Bar is being investigated.
She's 19 and you can't be in a bar at that age unless its a resturant or your with a parent or guardian. She went to watch her partner dance.
