Harper's Bazaar Twilight Cover Voted Magazine Cover Of The Year

Magazine Cover Of The Year!

Harper's Bazaar's December 2009 "Twilight" cover has been voted Magazine Cover of the Year in a contest sponsored by the American Society of Magazine Editors and hosted at Amazon.com.

The cover, which features Robert Pattinson on bended knee, kissing Kristen Stewart's hand, had won the new "Best Vampire" category and competed against 11 other category winners in the Amazon poll.

"I knew it had a good chance of winning because, for the last year or so, it's been on the bulletin board of my 17-year-old daughter, who is a huge fan of Robert Pattinson," Hearst Magazines president David Carey said in accepting the award, according to WWD's Memo Pad.
