The Art Deco prewar cooperative was built in 1931 and is located in a private Cul de Sac overlooking the East River. It is notoriously difficult to access, but we were able to find the four current listings. Ranging from $11 million to $19.5 million, each residence boasts stunning views and massive floor plans.
