Pablo Picasso's grandson, Bernard Ruiz-Picasso, has just purchased a $7.19 million dollar loft in Greenwich Village, reports Curbed.

The two story loft located at 439 Lafayette Street has four bedrooms, three and a half baths and over 1200 square-feet of outdoor roof space. Some of the loft's most notable features are the original wood floors, a deluxe chef's kitchen with a Viking stove, three ovens, two dishwashers, three sinks, wine cooler and Subzero refrigerator, and a 'dog shower'.
