Miley Cyrus' 'Who Owns My Heart?' Video: In Underwear, In A Bed (VIDEO)

Miley Cyrus wears just a tank top and underwear and sings from a bed, bathtub and the back of a limo in her new video for 'Who Owns My Heart?'

The single comes from her latest album, 'Can't Be Tamed,' which Miley, 17, says is about female empowerment.

"It's just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back," she told MTV News. "And I think that's really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, 'No, you can't do something,' or, 'You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.' "

Ok....here's my thing.....she is growing up....and parents have to realize that she is not going to stay "The good girl next door" forever. They can see far worse on TV now a days....I don't understand why we have to complain about such small things when there are people in this country unemployed, starving, homeless you name it....let her live her life.

These Disney Kids sure like to strip down as soon as they turn 18. I guess Miley couldn't wait until 18.

In anycase, I feel bad for her. Maybe if Billy Bob Ray would encourage her to take some singing and guitar lessons, maybe she could go a more serious route.

WOW, I thought that on this video she was about 20 or so but she is seventeen? Really she looks older than me and I am 35. I guess sex sells but morality and decency does not. So sad to see what parents allow their children to sell in order to maintain the the "Good Life"

This is one of the least talented girls I have ever seen!!! I don't understand her appeal. She can't sing. She can't dance. Sorry Miley....you stepped on your dad's D-lister shoulders to get where you are today. As far as the video goes, I could care less. She's 17 not 7. The video is just as horrible as the song is.

It's all about what you want to sell....she sold wholesome fun and genuine role model admiration to millions of tweeners and now she's selling sex and rebellion....bet sales won't be so great in her new identity....adults are not so forgiving or forgetful.

UUUUuuuuuummm......Honestly can't say she's gone too far (yet). This video isn't too bad, she could bear to get her hair done correctly and could've eased up on the makeup a tad since she's so beautiful naturally but heeey! Lots of leg, some heels, a bed and a club definitely makes this MTV worthy. The video actually sucked but every creator's art is subject to opinion. She was cute, but now that she's getting older she wants to go down the typical DIsney star path and slowly start taking her clothes off...smh. Hoped she would do bettter and attempt to be a little different. There's nothing wrong with learning about your sexuallity, growing up and embracing it, but I really don't think it's neccessary to broadcast it. But then again....welcome to America.
