STOCKHOLM--Americans Peter Diamond and Dale Mortensen and British-Cypriot Christopher Pissarides won the 2010 Nobel Prize in Economics on Monday "for their analysis of markets with search frictions," the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said.
