Keira Knightley Dons Two Looks In One Night (PHOTOS, POLL)

Keira Knightley donned two looks on Wednesday evening while she promoted "Never Let Me Go" in London. At the premiere she wore a champagne-colored beaded dress by Chanel with cutouts on the sides and back. And for the after party, the actress changed into a lace white frock and black blazer.

I think she looks skeletal. I saw a photo of her somewhere else wearing the same beaded dress where she had her back turned and it was a partial side view and her ribs were showing and the skin was wrinkled. That happens from lack of fluids in your system. She needs to rehydrate to avoid the wrinkled skin on her back. She's so thin looking it's scary. She's a beautiful woman and I wish her well. I just wish she looked healthier. Makeup can hide some flaws but it can't hide eating disorders.

I don't think she's sucking in her cheeks. (I may be wrong but I don't think so.) I always got the impression that it hurt her mouth to speak. She does have a very large jaw which makes her look like her teeth are too big for her mouth. Add the anorexia to the mix and that's just the way she's going to look for a long time unless she gains some weight. I'm not trying to be mean with my comments, BTW. I think she's very pretty and talented and I wish her the best. I just hope she's healthy. She looks way too thin, IMO.

She looks sickly thin, whatever she wears. Her cheeks are empty hollows. That doesn't look like naturally thin to me. It looks like an eating disorder. Gross. Not a bit of sex appeal. Not a bit womanly. If anything, she looks like a 12-year old boy cross-dressed.
