Colin Quinn Spoofs Campaign Ads In Promo For 'Long Story Short' (VIDEO)

Colin Quinn doesn't seem to rest. Last week he was spotted in an unearthed 20-year-old sketch, and today he released a funny new promo with a political spin for his new one-man Broadway show, "Long Story Short." The stand-up veteran will perform an 11-week engagement at the Helen Hunt Theatre from Oct. 22nd through Jan. 8th.

Quinn, who anchored "Weekend Update" on "SNL" as well as Comedy Central's "Tough Crowd," mocks the self-serious and often ridiculous nature of this year's election ads in promoting his new show. "Long Story Short," directed by Jerry Seinfeld, promises to give "a history of the world in 75 minutes." (Via The Comic's Comic.)
