Via Curbed LA: This 1956 Richard Neutra home in Pacific Palisades has just hit the market for $4.45 million. The original owners sold the home in 2005 to architect Charles Scott Hughes, who then renovated and expanded the home to 3,000 square feet and added a pool. After the renovations, Japanese popstar Hikaru Utada was among one of the owners of the Troxell home. The post-and-beam property has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and views of the ocean, city, and mountains.
