Denver's Best Trick-Or Treating Neighborhoods, According To Zillow

Last week, Zillow.com named Denver the fifth best trick-or-treating city in the country based on an equation that factored in home value (on the assumption that wealthier homes tend to give the most candy, population density and local crime statistics.

This week, the real estate website used the same formula to rank the best Denver neighborhoods in which to trick or treat.
