In 1913, a 16,000 square-foot mansion was built for industrialist Arthur Meeker. The space overlooked Lincoln Park--making it prime Chicago real estate.

In the past the Meeker Mansion was sold as a single-family home for over $4 million, but it has since been rehabbed and turned into four duplex units. According to Chicago Curbed, three units have been sold, but unit 202, a 2,964 square-foot 4 bedroom, 3.1 bath duplex is still on the market.

This property has about 1,000 square feet of outdoor space and has an asking price of $1.77 million.
