An unprecedented amount of money from outside groups is pouring into the hotly contested Illinois Senate race, most of it to bolster Republican Mark Kirk over Democrat Alexi Giannoulias.
Much of that money comes "from groups that do not disclose any donors," according to an analysis from the nonpartisan Sunlight Foundation, a campaign finance watchdog group keeping tabs on the flood of spending to influence the outcome of the midterm elections.
