This video from The Wall Street Journal takes a look at a five-month-old Massachusetts lamb named Spin, who gets around the farm with a custom built wheelchair.
Spin was born with a birth defect that left her unable to use her hind legs, so she has been rolling around instead, using wheelchairs since she was only 12 days old. WSJ reports that wheelchairs aren't uncommon for disabled dogs, though a lamb on wheels might be a rarer sight.
Spin's owner, Debra Jones Bachrach, says she will continue to purchase wheelchairs from Eddie's Wheels as Spin continues to grow, but doesn't know if the lamb will ever be able to walk. Fortunately, she has been comfortable using a wheelchair right from the start.
