This Week In Unnecessary Censorship! (VIDEO)

First Posted: 10/22/10 11:03 AM ET Updated: 05/25/11 07:05 PM ET

One of our favorite parts about "This Week In Unnecessary Censorship" is seeing the normal morning news segments (and "Scooby Doo" episodes) that we watched this week be transformed into vulgar gaffes. But you don't have to see the original segments Jimmy Kimmel bleeps and blurs without reason to think they're hilarious. Just watch this week's edition to see what we're talking about.

This is no worse that the HuffPost moderators. They need a lesson in freedom of speech. It's amazing what's accepted and what's rejected.

I rest my case.

While I agree that the moderating here gets excessive, it has nothing to do with freedom of speech.

It's strange there's no moderator censoring us right now. Usually any criticism at all is deleted pretty quick.

What in the world did Fred say in the last one (from Scooby Doo)? He was going to be submerged in pudding without the bleeps...

Of all the fake unnecessary censorship, what about the one that actually should be censored..I can't believe the channel didn't even realize this!
