Julianne Moore's Two Dresses Rolled Into One: Hit Or Miss? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Julianne Moore made a split decision on what to wear to the "Kids Are Alright" premiere in London on Monday night. She really went out on a limb -- her right arm, specifically -- choosing an asymmetrical Lanvin frock that looks like two dresses rolled into one.

The actress accessorized with shoes and a clutch by Bulgari.

It's a good dress on the model. Julianne ruined it by having the long dragging hem, her hair covering up the interesting shoulders, and substituting the uninteresting belt.

She should have worn her hair up to show the details of the dress around the neckline a little better. As it is now, it looks absolutely ridiculous, so I doubt an upsweep would have helped. A wider belt like the model had should have been worn too. Looks like she made it herself.

The concept of this dress is excellent and it looks SO much better on the model. She looks like a figure from greek mythology, with the dress and the background represent turbulent seas and winds. She is a heroine set out to conquer the dominion of evil that has taken hold of her land - land where philosophy flourishes, intellectualism reigns, curiosity is king, and beautiful men lay with other beautiful men, and she is the chosen one who will set them all free! Oh my how captivating this dress is..

JM is really one of the very worst dressed actresses in the world. She has beautiful skin and gorgeous hair and a nice body but cannot wear clothes for whatever the reason. IMO

Could've looked better, she needs a stylist. Her hair covering the neckline is bad, belt is bad, needed to pull the long-sleeved side up at the waist a little, and she did something weird to the cuff. Also the color combination of the one on the model is much nicer.
